Toronto Zoo: Reptiles and Amphibians

This past weekend, desipte the thunderstorm warnings in the forecast, we decided to go to the Toronto zoo. I haven’t been there in 7 years and lot has changed, especially the addition of two pandas – the only ones in Canada! Armed with cameras and friends we walked until our feet hurt and we were drenched in sweat. It was 38 degrees with the humidity, but it didn’t stop us! Oh no, it’s summer people!

I’ll be sharing some of the photos I took at the zoo in the next couple of weeks, starting with some reptiles and amphibians. They are so great to photograph since they don’t move much and are so colourful.

    • If you go to the zoo, go see the pandas first. We got there at 10:30am and still waited half an hour to go in to see them. But, the line-up was much longer later in the day.
