The best way to get all your daily fruit servings in one shot, and it’s so much tastier than just eating an apple.
1/2 granny smith apple
1 small banana
1 cup red grapes
1 pink grapefruit
1 1/2 tbsp honey
Slice and dice all the fruit except the grapes, drizzle the honey (or maple syrup or agave syrup, whatever you like), mix well and eat up!
