I came across this recipe for doughnut muffins on one of my fellow foodie blogger’s site and is sounded so good I had to try it. Baking hasn’t always worked out for me, I’m much much more confident with my cooking. But, I like to challange myself and always try to learn more and get better so this was a great way for me to do so. And a delicious one as well.
I modified the recipe a bit by adding two super ripe bananas (because I have so many in my freezer), 2 cups of flour to adjust for the bananas and using nutella for the filling instead of jam. And oh man, the result was amazing! Thanks for sharing the recipe Louise!
