Yeast scares me. So, I avoid pretty much all recipes that require yeast. My girlfriend I. raved about this easy yeast-less bread she made, so I had to try it. I’m glad I did, it was easy and resulted in a dense, delicious, crispy crusted loaf that looks pretty good too, if you ask me.
And then, you can use it to make an excellent grilled cheese sandwich!
* Note: 500 gr of flour is about 4 1/2 cups
