Maple Glazed Parsnip and Israeli Couscous Salad

This salad is so unique and different, it instantly appealed to me. I decided to make for a Christmas dinner at my friend’s. It was a great hit and I will definitely make it again.

I followed the recipe for the most part, but I ran out of turmeric so I used garam masala instead and it worked out really well with the maple syrup.
