Baking is not my strong suit, so when my boyfriend asked for a cheesecake for his birthday I was a little scared. A frozen peach cheesecake, to be specific. So I looked for a recipe and was pleased to discover it required no baking! The only thing I did differently is use frozen peaches because it’s hard to find fresh peaches in November.
Also a note about the whipped topping, the recipe said to use “1 container”, so I found another recipe that said 2 cups so that’s what I used.
