Beaujolais nouveau, cheese, cheese and more cheese

Every year at work we have a little lunch to celebrate the release of Beaujolais nouveau wine. The wine is usually not very good, but we get together and gorge on many different types of cheese. The cheese is the main attraction really, and it is good. Aged cheddar, Gouda, Roquefort, Swiss, goat cheese and Boursin. I love cheese!
