Drool inducing lamb

Lamb is my favorite so it always makes me drool but this recipe is very very good. This recipe, lamb tagine recipe, I got from the LCBO’s FREE Food & Drink magazine, Autumn 2012 edition, which always has awesome recipes.

I used a few different ingredients  because that’s what I had at home:cilantro instead of mint and parsley, dry red wine instead of white and almonds instead of pine nuts.

If only pictures could transmit smell….
